Miami Branch Position: Ocean Export Requirements/Description: Minimum experience of 5 years in ocean exports for a freight fowarding company or NVOCC. Processing of both FCL and LCL shipments from end to end. Experience preparing customer quotes and working with overseas offices and agents. Negotiating rates with steamship lines and truckers. Preparing full documentation including but not limited to AES, Letters of Credit, SLI and bills of lading. IMCO certification preferred but not required. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be fluent in English and Spanish and able to work in a highly dynamic team environment. Great customer service skills are a must! Working experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required as well as basic computer knowledge. Having previously worked with the Cargowise suite also a plus . Seattle Branch Position: Import Coordinator Requirements/Description: Minimum experience of 3 years working for an international freight forwarder coordinating inbound air and ocean shipments. Must have basic accounting background, excellent communication and customer service skills and be familiar with MS Office. Entry writing experience or knowledge of Cargowise a plus.
