Trac-Pro™ is a custom-designed application which allows
customers to easily access their current and historical shipment information online, 24
hours a day.
With Trac-Pro, customers can easily monitor the progress of their shipments worldwide, as
well as review purchase orders and data for previous shipments. While the standard version
of Trac-Pro provides all the tracking data that most customers will ever need, MAO is
pleased to provide long-term customers with customized features if desired.
Each customer utilizing Trac-Pro is allocated dedicated storage space on our in-house
servers, and is assigned a unique user name and password to access their secure data. If
