Trac-Pro is a custom-designed application that allows users to easily access their current
and historical shipment information online, 24 hours a day. With Trac-Pro, customers can
now easily monitor the progress of their shipments worldwide, as well as review purchase
orders and data for previous shipments.
Each MAO customer is assigned a unique user name and password, and is allocated dedicated
storage space on the company’s in-house servers. By logging in their company name on
the shipment tracking page of MAO’s website (www.maoinc.com), the user is transported
to a secure area for username and password validation. Extra security measures have been
taken to ensure that each company’s data remains private and secure.
While the standard version of Trac-Pro provides all the tracking data that most customers
will ever need, MAO is pleased to provide its long-term customers with customized features
if desired.
